Step One
We negotiate the number before you ever walk in.
Dealers negotiate for a living. So did we. DealShield handles the entire price conversation on your behalf — for a compact sedan or a forty-foot coach — and delivers a written out-the-door figure you can act on.
- 01
Establish the real market value
We pull recent comparable transactions, auction results, and regional supply for your exact configuration. RVs get a separate read, since coach pricing swings hard by season, floorplan, and chassis. - 02
Open the conversation on your terms
We contact multiple sellers at once and put them in competition. You stay anonymous until the numbers are where they should be, so nobody is pressuring you on the showroom floor. - 03
Strip the padding
There are legitimate fees that vary by state, but we strip out all the padding: paint protection, nitrogen fills, VIN etching, and double-billed freight. On RVs we also challenge PDI and orientation fees that should already be covered. - 04
Lock it in writing
You receive an itemized out-the-door quote — price, fees, taxes, and trade allowance — before any deposit. Nothing changes between that quote and the buyer's order.
What you get
- Written out-the-door quote from every seller contacted
- Line-by-line fee breakdown with our recommended removals
- Trade-in valuation reviewed separately from the purchase
- Direct answers by phone from the person doing the negotiating
